Our team are capable of joining Mild and Stainless Steel as well as Aluminium to an exacting standard using both TIG and MIG welding. We go further to fabricate your metalwork for durability and accuracy offering you better value for money.
The assembly department is proud of their experience putting together enclosures containing mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics as well as electrical assemblies.
Ensuring your product is delivered in the best condition possible means we take extra care when delivering our work. We operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles, this means we have complete control of how your products are handled in transit, and can provide an extremely accurate delivery time.
Crafting a beautiful suit but neglecting the lining is a travesty. We continue our high quality throughout our process all the way to the finish. Our craftsmen can powder coat, using our in line Gas fired oven, or for larger fabrications we have a spray shop. We are also able to electroplate, ensuring that every piece of work that leaves our premises is finished to the highest quality.
We have a dedicated sheet metal design department running the very latest in CAD/CAM software. All our designers are highly trained in both design and engineering which allows them to maximise all the processes we employ to deliver your sheet metal on time and on budget.
