Carefully engineered airflows and interior cooling systems enable the technology inside to perform safely and efficiently. We calculate appropriate airflows to create effective cooling systems – reducing the risk of batteries overheating, catching fire or even exploding. Our energy storage enclosures are designed to maintain the optimum ambient temperature for your batteries. Whether you need a liquid-cooled or air-cooled system, we’ll design the best solution with you.
Lifting an unbalanced enclosure is a health and safety hazard, especially when full of heavy batteries. Our enclosures are all designed to lift within 5° of plumb – full or empty. Smaller enclosures are designed around a single-point lifting hoist attached to a certified lifting frame. Larger enclosures are designed with 4-point lifting attached to the structural frame.
Our metal enclosures are designed to enable energy collection, storage and use…anywhere! The durable exterior means they perform well outside in harsh weather conditions – anywhere energy might be collected.
You may want to collect energy in one location and use it in another. Our enclosures make for a fully mobile solution. As well as being designed to be safely lifted, we can even create units mounted on trailers to enable easy transport between locations.

The environment is always doing its best to destroy batteries, and portable batteries are often required in the most demanding locations – on flooded sites, out in all weather conditions, day and night. Our enclosures are designed to optimise battery performance, so controlling humidity is critical. We can build in sensors, humidifiers and drainage to fully automate humidity control.
Every Amcanu enclosure is designed and built to be fully bunded – pro-actively reducing the risk of accidental contamination from leaking fluids, including battery acid and coolants. Leak detection devices can also be fitted to provide early warning of potential problems.
Our customers like their new enclosures to be easily identifiable and look the part on-site. Our enclosures are finished with a high quality and robust electrostatic powder-coating – available in any brand colour.
Any Amcanu enclosure can be galvanised. We can galvanise entire enclosures to give the most robust finish, or just protect critical parts that are most prone to wear or accidental damage.
