We’re delighted to have won the Made in Wales Small Manufacturer of the Year Award. The award recognises the recent investments we’ve made in the business – such as the new powder coating plant and other improvements to our factory. It also acknowledges our growth into new markets.

This accolade recognises the commitment and progress we have made in improving our business by taking part in the Wales Quality Centre’s Journey to Excellence programme. The Wales Quality Award is based on the EFQM European Excellence Model and helps organisations from all sectors in Wales become more competitive and sustainable through a review of structures and operations.

Implementing ISO 9001:2015 has enabled us to maintain continuous improvement of our quality management systems and processes. In turn, this has improved the ability of our operations to meet customer requirements and expectations.

The CBI is the UK’s premier business organisation, providing a voice for firms at a regional, national and international level to policymakers. Their purpose is to help business create a more prosperous society. As a Regional Council Member our MD is directly involved in the CBI decision making process.
