Sporting Success for Burry Port RFC

Once again Burry Port is the mouse that roars – we’re Swalec Bowl champions!

Burry Port RFC fought off the competition on Sunday at the Principality Stadium, to claim the Swalec Bowl Championship. The match saw Burry Port play unbeaten side Taffs Wells. It was a nail-biting game, finally won with a score of 20-18.

The Team thanked the hundreds of supporters who came to Cardiff and played their part in what was one of the clubs’ finest days in 135 years: “Everyone will remember this day for a very long time.”
